Charles Russell "Russ" Miller Jr., 49, passed away on Aug. 23, 2020, at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. Charles was born on Oct. 6, 1970, at Westover Air Force Base in Massachusetts. A visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2020, at 2 p.m., at Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 737 E Street in Anchorage. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Aug. 28, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., at Riverside Community Church, 10301 East Eagle River Loop Road in Eagle River, Alaska. Following the funeral service, Russ will be laid to rest at 11 a.m. at the Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery, 535 East 9th Avenue in Anchorage.
