On Nov. 16, 2025, lifelong Alaskan Donald Jerome "Squirt" Bolling, age 63, departed this earth at Alaska Regional Hospital. Squirt was born on March 23, 1962, at Elmendorf Hospital on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.

Squirt attended Bartlett High School, where he graduated in 1980; after graduating, he worked as a Civil Servant at JBER for several years. After his civil service career, he began working for "The Flying Tigers Cargo" which later became Federal Express (FedEx). Squirt worked for FedEx for 39 years until his retirement early 2025.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Juanita Bolling; and siblings, Tina Elaine Bolling, Allen Kieth Bolling and Jacqueline DeVonn Bolling-Felton.

He is survived by his remaining siblings, Stanley Bernard Bolling, Sanja Lefaye Bolling and Steven Wayne Bolling, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Funeral Service was held on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at 12 p.m., with Visitation at 11 a.m., at Legacy Heritage Chapel at Angelus Cemetery, 440 East Klatt Road, Anchorage, AK 99515. Floral arrangement may be sent to the Legacy Chapel.
