Edward Iigaq "Spugs" Henry came into this world on Dec. 20, 1987, and left peacefully on May 6, 2020. He was 32. Born to Roy and Corky in Anchorage, Alaska, Eddy lived in Kivalina, Alaska, before moving to Anchorage, but still called Kivalina his home.

He is survived by his parents, Roy Cappadona and Corky; daughter, Zariiah A. Henry of Tampa, Fla.; sisters, "Aaquk," Henry Wesley, Brenda Hawley both of Kivalina, and Dolly Shiedt of Kotzebue, Alaska; grandmother, Maureen Cappadona of Marlboro, Mass.; aunts and uncles, Patty, Mary, Moe, Mark, David and Gail Cappadona, all of Marlboro, Uncle "Babe," Aklaq, Dick, Ramona, all from Anchorage, Nancy from Soldotna, Alaska, Ann from Nome, Alaska, and Helen from Kotzebue; and his best friend, Damari Brunston, Anthony and Nate, also from Anchorage.; Aaka Barbara Wesley from Noatak, Alaska; Uncle and Easter, Amos and Theresa of Kotzebue; and the Hawley family in Kivalina.
