Mr. Frederick James Wallace Sr. of Ketchikan, Alaska, passed away on Monday, Oct. 5, 2020, at the age of 79, of the Raven Sculpin House. The family is grateful for condolences,and requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the local American Cancer Society in Fred's name.
