Glcynda Berryman

Glcynda Sherrian Martin Berryman was born on Feb. 20, 1942, in Abilene, Texas. She married James Gerald Berryman on Dec. 22, 1958. They had two children, Jerald Gregory and Temple Houston; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Sherry was a licensed hairdresser in Arizona and Alaska. She also knew sign language and was a great oil painter known as Talkeetna Kid!

Sherry lived in Arizona until moving to Alaska in 1969. She passed away on May 28, 2020. Her and her brother's ashes were put in Montana Lake on July 6, 2020.

She owned H&H Lakeview Restaurant from September 1979 to present. Memorial Services were held on June 7, 2020, at Talkeetna Assembly of God on Talkeetna Spur Road, with a potluck following.
