Jeffrey Allen Strome

Jeffrey Allen Strome, lifelong outdoor enthusiast and proud Sheet Metal Local Union 23 Member, passed away suddenly last month in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.

As a former resident of Ketchikan, Juneau, Coffman Cove and Anchorage, Alaska, Jeff is survived by friends from all over the state. He is also survived by his daughter, Stephanie Driscoll and her husband Michael Driscoll of Juneau; and dear friends, Charlie and Maureen Miller of Ketchikan, Steve Rude of Anchorage, Toni Wisner of Juneau, Brent Denbeck of Juneau and Russel Beaty of California.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Frank and Betty-Jo Strome of Corvallis, Ore., last August.

Jeff spent his later years building his dream cabin in Coffman Cove, Alaska, with his beloved Jack Russel terrier, Grace. He loved to travel, camp, fish, hunt and have a good laugh.

No memorial plans have been made at this time; in lieu of flowers or donations, please donate to your local animal shelter or local Boys and Girls Club.
