Joseph is known to many for his over two decades in Alaska oil fields where he worked as an electrician.

During his off time, he loved to spend time with the love of his life and wife Shelley. They enjoyed travel and the beach also going to Broadway musicals and various music venues. They did everything together, except maybe target practice. Gun collections are popular in the trades and electricians in particular. He didn't hunt though, as it conflicted with his love of critters. He was always in transit somewhere and now heads off to God's golden shores

Joseph is survived by his wife, Shelley Littleton; son, Nigel Burch; sister, Jolinda Marr; Matthew Littleton; nephews, Matthew Marr and Thomas McCoy; nieces, Morgan Carr and Misty McCoy; cousins, James (Shorty) Conn, Jean Yahoma Conn, James Conn Jr., Tessa Conn Warren, Jamie Conn, Jo Ann Ulery Castle, Tiara Ulery Noland, Denise Ulery Reeves, Asha Ulery, Jeffrey Ulery,Raymond Barnes, Joseph Barnes, Monica Ulery, Tonya Lyon, Becky Marie Hoover, Kenneth Hoover, Daniel Hoover, Elizabeth Hoover, Benjamin Hoover and Brian Hartscok; uncle, Tim Ulery; aunt, Gay Bruno; aunt, Sandy Barnes.

Per his wishes, no funeral services will be held.
