Julia Marie Thorsness, 62, passed away on Sept. 9, 2020, at home in Anchorage, Alaska. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 18, 2020, at 4 p.m., at the Central Lutheran Church, 1420 Cordova Street, Anchorage, AK 99501. The service will be held in their lower parking lot due to indoor capacity restrictions. A full obituary will run in the newspaper on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020. Arrangements were taken care of with Janssen Funeral Homes.
