Ronald Gordon, born on Dec. 29, 1953, in the heart of Alaska to Harry and Alice Gordon, was a man of many talents and endless adventures. He married the love of his life, Linda, on Dec. 14, 1976, and together they built a life full of joy and excitement. A proud member of the All-Star Team at University of Alaska Anchorage, Ron was a hockey enthusiast who spent his days enjoying the sport with Service High School and later with the Sourdough Hockey team at UAA. Whether it was snowmachines, Skidoos or anything Alpine-related, if it had an engine, Ron could fix it! Ron's love for the outdoors was legendary. He was an avid hunter, fisherman,] and berry picker who turned his foraged finds into the best jams around. His time spent in the Alaska bush was where he felt most at home, with Denali holding a special place in his heart. Known for his quick wit and tender heart, Ron was the guy you could always count on for help. His humor and warmth made him a beloved figure among friends and family. He shared countless hunting trips with his family and cheered on his beloved Blackhawks with unwavering loyalty.

Ron is survived by his siblings, Bert, Dan,and Gary and sister Linda; daughters, Heidi and Holly; grandson, Christopher; and granddaughters, Courtney and Michelle. He joins his wife Linda; brother, Mark; as well as his parents, Harry and Alice, in peaceful rest. Ron passed away on June 24, 2024, in Anchorage, Alaska, at the age of 70.
