Terran Richard Williams

On Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, Terran Richard Williams unexpectedly passed from this known world due to heart issues, at the age of 49. Born in Sitka, Alaska, to Susanna and Richard E. Williams, and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Terran graduated from West Anchorage High School in 1989, followed by AFD Academy. He started working at Anchorage International Airport in 1991, handling ground support, cargo, customer service and operations for commercial and private aviation services.
When not at work, his love and drive went into his family, travel, spicy foods, hockey, softball, pro wrestling, watching the Seahawks and Mariners, and gaming. He was proud of his Tlingit heritage, and his favorite destination was Hawaii.
Terran is survived by his wife, Erika; daughter, Keira; son, Keegan; mother, Susanna Williams; sister, Tatia (Todd) McMillen; niece, Brianna (Sean) Pritchard; stepmother, Bridget Bushue; stepbrother, Matthew Binfet; aunts, Jane Katkus and Marta (Jim) Ryman; uncles, Tom Katkus, John (Taffina) Katkus and Oz Kendall; numerous cousins and their families.
Terran was predeceased by his father, Richard Edwin Williams; uncle, James D. Williams; aunt, Maggie Inman; grandparents; and extended family members.
Terran's ashes will be scattered at a later date. A small family celebration of life will take place on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial account been setup at Denali (Nuvision) CU or donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse Operation Heal Our Patriots.
