Robert Oliver Boyce, 38, of Wasilla, Alaska, passed away on May 23, 2021. He was born on Feb. 10, 1983, in Anchorage, Alaska.

Unbeknownst to many friends and family, Robert married Kristan in 2010, in Anchorage, where they had their first date and where Robert proposed to her. They followed their marriage with a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, Nev., in August 2011, where they had an amazing time with their friends and family.

Robert worked at Frontier Precision. He was also passionate about his volunteer work with Kristan at The Children's Hospital at Providence, where he provided support to other parents going through the trials and tribulations of having a NICU baby in the hospital.

Robert graduated from University of Alaska Anchorage on Dec. 18, 2011, with an Associate of Arts degree.

He is survived by his wife, Kristan Boyce; their children, Sebastian and Olivia; his mother, Nita Summerhays; stepdad, Don Summerhays; and sister, Krystal Cosgriff.

He was preceded in death by his stepbrother, David Summerhays; and father, Steven Boyce.
