William "Bill" Harbuck

William Harbuck, 67, of Wasilla, Alaska, was born on Jan. 5, 1955, in Leadville, Colo., to Floyd and Wanda (Braisher) Harbuck, and passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, at his home.

Bill was raised in Leadville, where he married his wife, Karen (Wilderson), in 1976. They raised their two children in Anchorage, Alaska. Bill was a heavy equipment mechanic for 20 years with Red Dog Mine. He and Karen moved to Wasilla in 2004, where they later retired. Bill's hobbies include camping, fishing, hunting and time with family – especially his grandchildren.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Susie.

Survivors include his older, brother Johnny and wife Martha; wife, Karen; two sons, Ronnie Wilderson and Jason Harbuck and wife Gwen; four grandchildren, Kassandra and Alexander Wilderson, Ian and Marissa Harbuck; and a host of friends and family.

Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date.
