Ronnie Leroy Hiler, also known as Ron or Chuck, passed away on Nov. 19, 2023, at the age of 69 in Anchorage, Alaska. He was born on Sep. 28, 1954, in Napa, Calif. Ron was a beloved husband to Kitty Hiler and a devoted father to Sarah, Joshua, Levon and Sean. He adored his wife and cherished his family deeply.

Ron had a passion for the gospel and our Heavenly Father, and he was a member of the Klatt Chapel of the LDS church in Anchorage, Alaska. He found solace and strength in his faith.

Throughout his life, Ron dabbled in various fields, showcasing his versatility and curiosity. He was a man of many talents and interests. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and determination.

Ron is survived by his wife, Kitty Hiler; his children, Sarah, Joshua, Levon and Sean; his daughters-in-law, April and Tina; and his grandchildren, Blaire, Morgan, Maya, and Jeronimo.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Hiler; his stepfather, Howard Gentry; and his mother, Anita Hernandez.

A funeral service to honor Ron's life will be held at 11701 Puma St, Anchorage, Alaska, Klatt LDS Chapel from 12-2 p.m. Viewing at noon, service at 1 p.m. with refreshments to follow. The funeral arrangements are being handled by Kehl's Legacy, located in Anchorage, Alaska.

Ron Leroy Hiler will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
