Honoring the life of Erich Muth – a loving partner, son and friend

With heavy hearts, we remember and celebrate the life of our beloved friend and colleague, Erich Muth. For over 14 years, Erich was an extraordinary member of the Alaska Arctic Catering & Support Services Inc. family, leaving an indelible mark on everyone he encountered.

Erich's love for his mother was profound. He often spoke of her with deep affection and missed her dearly. Now, we find solace in knowing that Erich is at peace, reunited with his beloved mother.

Erich's partner, Jeovannie, was the cornerstone of his life. Their bond was one of unwavering support and love. Erich's sudden passing has left an unfillable void, but the memories of their time together will forever be cherished. We hope Jeovannie finds comfort in knowing that Erich's spirit and love will always be with him.

Erich was also a true friend to many. His kindness, generosity and commitment to his friends were unmatched. Whether during the busiest hours in the kitchen or in quiet moments over coffee, Erich was always a source of warmth, laughter and encouragement. His friends became his family, and he treated everyone with respect and care.

In honoring Erich's memory, we wish to support Jeovannie through this incredibly difficult time. We are setting up a GoFundMe to help with immediate financial needs and to offer support during this painful period. All proceeds will go directly to Jeovannie to help him navigate the challenges ahead, including the loss of Erich's income, which enabled them to afford their recently purchased condo.

Let us come together to show our appreciation for Erich's life, honor his memory and support Jeovannie as he navigates the road ahead without the man he loved.
